Returns & Exchanges

Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) days after purchase to customercare@islaglobal.com. Once your return or exchange is approved by one of our customer care associates, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label by e- mail with shipping instructions. Returns must be received within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of purchase. Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, returns received after this time period cannot be accepted or refunded.

Each return and exchange is handled on an individual basis, and restocking fees may apply. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received; unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with hygienic liners in place, and all tags fully attached to the garment in their original positions. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear tried on with direct contact to the skin. Please try on swimwear over your undergarments.

We value your opinion and encourage your feedback. So, please include the original packing slip with your return. On the back of the packing slip, please include your comments and note the reason(s) for the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, our customer care associates will send you a notification by e-mail to let you know we received your package. Approved returns eligible for exchange, merchandise credit and/or refund will be processed. Please allow ten (10) to fourteen (14) days for the full processing of your item(s). We only offer exchanges on sizes and colors in the same style. To order an alternate style, a refund or merchandise credit will be issued and new order will be placed with the desired style.

International Orders

All international orders are FINAL. Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted on international orders.

Final Sale items

Final sale items are offered as is, at an end of season discount, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gifts

If you received your item as a gift and it does not fully meet your expectations, we will gladly issue a merchandise credit for the current value of the item being returned. Please ensure your pieces meet the eligibility requirements under Returns & Exchanges prior to requesting an exchange. Contact one of our customer care associates for further assistance and processing instructions within fourteen (14) days of receiving your gift at customercare@islaglobal.com.
