PRODUCTS   Which size is best for me?      
    Please review our size guide for fit reccommendations. If less coverage is desired, we recommend

    How do I care for my new bikini?    
    Our bikinis are made to last with the correct TLC. We suggest washing by hand in cold water with mild detergent,    
    laying flat to dry. Wringing and twisting may harm the fabric and are not recommended.    
         
    The product I want is sold out? Will it be back in stock?    
    Products are often restocked once they are sold out. Please inquire about specific items      
    at customercare@islaglobal.com      
           
    Can tops and bottoms be purchased separately?      
    Yes! The collections are designed to mix and match so our customers can find the perfect bikini for her body      
    and style preferences. Remember our pieces are reversible, so have fun selecting your favorite combinations!      
           
    Where are your products made?      
    Our products are designed and assembled in the USA. Custom hardware made      
    exclusively for Isla Aditi is manufactured in China and our textiles are imported from Italy.      
           
    What is your fabric composition?      
    The fabric composition is 78% Polyamide (Recycled) / 22% Elastane (LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™)      
    The polyamide yarn is made from Econyl®, a 100% recycled product. Click here to learn more.

PURCHASES   Do I have to set up an account to place an order?      
    No, you may check out as a guest instead. We recommend setting up an account for convenience and updates.      
           
    When will my order be processed?      
    Our offices are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders placed during business hours will be processed      
    within 24 hours. Orders placed on holidays or the weeked will be processed the following business day.      
           
    When will I receive my order?      
    After your order is processed, domestic orders will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.      
    International orders typically arrive within one week after processing, but could take up to two weeks      
    depending on the destination. Review our complete shipping policy or contact customercare@islaglobal.com      
           
    I need my order fast, is expedited shipping available?      
    Orders can be upgraded to expedited shipping services for a fee. For more information please

    Can my order ship to different addresses?      
    We only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple      
    addresses, please place separate orders for each address.      
           
RETURNS & EXCHANGES   How to do I return or exchange my swimsuit?      
    We're here to help! Simply contact customercare@islaglobal.com within 14 days from purchase to request a      
    return or exchange. A customer care associate will e-mail you a shipping label. We will accept      
    returns received within 28 days from the date of purchase. We gladly accept garments that are unworn,      
    unwashed, and in original condition. Hangtags must be attached with hygenic liners intact, in the original packaging.      
    Final Sale items and International orders may not be returned. Be sure to review our complete Return Policy.      
           
    When will I receive a refund?      
    Please allow 10 to 14 days for the full processing and refund of your purchase. Please inquire with

PHILANTHROPY   Please explain the initative with ComeUnity Now?      
    ComeUnity Now is a non-profit organization based in Brideport, PA. We believe in the work they do to      
    empower girls and women, through education and sustainable clean water projects. Philanthropy is one of our      
    core values, and your purchase makes it possible to change the lives of women. Evey year we donate      
    a percentage of our profits to support ComeUnity Now and their efforts.      
           
    How are the funds be directed?      
    Funds are primarly directed support education for Maasai girls in Kenya. ComeUnity Now is launching a scholarship      
    program for girls currently in their secondary education programs. The scholarships will provide the resources necessary      
    for the girls to continue their education at the university level. Education will help these young women break      
    the viscious cycle of poverty in their communities and establish a solid foundation for future success.      
           
    Why ComeUnity Now?      
    Our founder traveled to Kenya in 2016 to meet with ComeUnity Now leaders from the United States and Kenya. She      
    was deeply impacted when she saw the existing water and education projects, and the positive change they brought      
    to the lives of the Maasai girls and women. After she visited the schools, met the girls, and learned of their      
    hardships, she was determined to contribute to their success. She belives in the leaders' vision of sustainable change;      
    not giving handouts, but instead creating long-term solutions to build strong, sustainable communities.      
    ComeUnity Now works to ensure over 90% of donations goes directly to its beneficaries.
